3 / floral DESIGN
Flowers bring everything to life. As far as we’re concerned, there’s never enough floral at a wedding. Our signature style features a curated collection of gorgeous blooms reminiscent of a traditional English garden. We love to work with local, seasonal blooms whenever possible, but also know the importance of the right flowers for the right moment, so aren’t afraid to import as needed. Our go to designs feature a less traditional style, with an organic, asymmetrical design using flowers like English garden roses, peonies, ranunculus, hellebores & clematis. We know the impact of strategically used greenery, but also the power of mono-bloom arrangements and minimal greenery.

In addition to floral and design, we’ve been known to set trends in our signature flatlay styling techniques. From creating perfect presentations of our clients wedding details and paper goods, to styling product shoots for both wedding and non-wedding industry companies, we love acting as stylist and creative director for these types of shoots and have an extensive portfolio across many industries.

Every year is so different. We based our bookings on date, location & size. Since we do primarily destination weddings, we’re constantly on the road, so don’t typically take more than 2 weddings per month and shoot for 12-15 wedding per year on average.

Every wedding features a different size team, custom built based on location, level of installation & guest count. We have an incredible team of planners, logistics coordinators and florists. Kaleb & Janine are the primary team leading the charge, in addition to an amazing support team that makes every wedding successful. Typically we see between 3-5 people people on site for the KNJ team, but have had many events with 10+ team members, as needed.

We love to offer our floral & design services independent of our full service planning. This is most commonly done in conjunction with an already establish planner, allowing us to focus on all things design & floral. We have great relationships with many of the worlds top planners and love collaborating with them around the world on your behalf.
When it comes to planning, we don’t separate that from design & floral. Design is our passion and see it as a pivotal part of our creative process, so require design & floral as our minimum involvement in your wedding.

As every wedding we do is so different, so is our pricing. We typically have a flat rate investment that we start from, then determine the overall total based on number of events, location & design installations.
